Call-out fees start at €25 and are based on round-trip driving distance. I confirm the travel fee before booking; labour and parts are separate.
House calls last up to two hours. Longer jobs may be better completed in the workshop, with next steps and costs agreed first.
Collection and return is quoted separately to cover both visits, payable when your device is returned.
House calls are available Monday–Friday, 9am–2pm. Saturday mornings may be possible by request, subject to availability.
No fix, no diagnosis fee.If I cannot sort it, the agreed call-out fee is all you pay.

Do I need to bring my computer anywhere?
No. For house-call work, I come to you so your computer, router, printer and other equipment can be checked where they are normally used. If a device needs workshop time instead, collection and return can be arranged.
What happens if you cannot fix it?
There is no diagnosis fee if I cannot sort it. You only pay the call-out fee agreed before booking.
Can you look after an existing website?
Yes. I can update, repair, host and maintain an existing site, even if I did not originally build it.
Do you cover areas outside the Copper Coast?
Yes. Ask about Waterford city, Dungarvan or farther afield. Call-out fees depend on round-trip driving distance, and I confirm the fee before booking.
