The situation
Copper Coast Design began with a product idea rather than an established digital presence. The business needed a visual identity, a website and a reliable way to sell personalised and small-batch gifts online.
Because the products are handmade and story-led, a generic shop template would not have communicated their character. At the same time, the owner needed the practical parts—products, variations, payments, delivery and orders—to remain easy to manage without technical help.
What I delivered
I handled the project from initial visual direction through to the working shop. The work included:
- A warm, nature-inspired visual identity
- Responsive layouts designed around the product photography
- A tailored WordPress and WooCommerce build
- Product variations for materials and personalisation
- Stripe payments and delivery configuration
- Clear product information and a simple checkout journey
- Training, hosting and ongoing technical care
The website was built to give the products space while making essential buying information easy to find on both phones and larger screens.
The practical result
The business gained a coherent online home and direct control of its shop. New products can be added, orders managed and personalised options maintained without rebuilding pages each time.
The site also provides a stable foundation for the brand to expand its catalogue and marketing activity gradually, with technical support available when required.
In the client’s words
“The design and implementation were flawless… support and assistance ensured everything ran smoothly.”

A foundation for gradual growth
Small online shops rarely need every possible feature on their first day. This project focused on getting the essential customer journey and back-office tools right, then supporting the store as the product range develops.
