The situation
Glavey Tree Experts had previously commissioned a website, but the result did not meet their needs and was ultimately removed. They needed to start again with an online presence that reflected the professionalism of their tree-care and consultancy work.
The new website also needed dependable foundations: hosting, business email, backups and analytics all had to work together rather than being left as separate technical problems for the client to solve.
What I delivered
I designed and built the replacement site around the questions a potential customer is likely to ask: what services are available, whether the company covers their area, and how to make contact.
The project included:
- A responsive website with a professional, industry-appropriate design
- Clear service and service-area content
- Prominent telephone and enquiry routes
- Managed hosting and professional email setup
- Analytics, backups and technical maintenance
- Search-friendly page structure and technical foundations
The goal was clarity and trust. Visitors should not have to search through vague marketing language before they understand what the company does.
The practical result
Glavey Tree Experts gained a website they could confidently use as the destination for referrals and social media activity. It presents their work consistently, makes the next step obvious and gives the business one reliable place to direct prospective customers.
The hosting and maintenance setup also means the client does not have to coordinate several suppliers when something needs attention.
In the client’s words
“Oliver was super to deal with. He did all that was asked, kept me updated and is generally a real nice guy.”
— Eoin, Glavey Tree Experts
More than a launch
This project is representative of the website-and-care service I now focus on: build the right site, put sound hosting and maintenance behind it, and remain available when the business needs a change or an explanation.
