Completing and strengthening an unfinished construction website

Taking an incomplete website through to launch with clearer content, stronger presentation and a maintainable foundation for Lencon ICF.

The situation

Lencon ICF specialises in insulated concrete formwork and energy-efficient construction. The company had started a website project elsewhere, but it remained unfinished and did not give prospective clients a clear account of its experience or services.

The immediate requirement was to bring the site to a professional, usable state. That meant more than completing missing pages: the structure, content and presentation needed to work together and accurately represent a specialist construction business.

What I delivered

I reviewed the existing work, retained what remained useful and completed the website around Lencon’s services and customer questions. The project covered:

  • Completing and refining the unfinished build
  • Restructuring service information
  • Editing content for clarity and consistency
  • Improving mobile presentation and navigation
  • Establishing sound page titles and technical foundations
  • Helping the client understand and use the finished site

This approach avoided discarding usable work while resolving the areas that prevented the site from being launched confidently.

The practical result

Lencon gained a complete website that better reflects the quality and specialist nature of its work. Visitors can understand the company’s services and experience without navigating an unfinished or inconsistent journey.

The client also gained a clearer working relationship and a route for ongoing help rather than being left with another partially completed technical project.

In the client’s words

“The communication has been great, and everything has felt very easy for us.”

A sensible alternative to starting over

An incomplete or disappointing website does not always need to be thrown away. This project shows the value of assessing what can be retained, correcting the weak points and giving the business a dependable finished result.
